It includes two pools; an Olympic size 50m 10-lane competition swimming pool with seating for 1,000 spectators and a 25 m 4-lane indoor waterpark with flume rides, a beach area with water slides, a lazy river and jacuzzi. The centre also has a fitness suite and studios, conference rooms and a café. It opened on 12 January 2008 and is operated by Parkwood Leisure under a 10 year contract.
There is normally NO warm down facility.

The Cafe Vita cafe offers a wide range of tasty food and beverage – hot and cold, pasta, paninis, baked potatoes as well as Starbucks coffee and Tea Pigs tea.

There is currently ample free parking in the area, but this may change as further developments are built.
Siblings, or swimmers with a free session may like to enjoy the leisure pool, however charges apply.
